Clara Dewitt
Patient Coordinator
Clara graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia in 2015 with a Biology degree emphasized in Health Science. She has worked in the scientific and healthcare industries for seven years before starting as the Patient Coordinator at FACE Leawood since its official opening in 2022. She helps to guide our patients through the consultation process, assisting any needs from the beginning to end. Clara is dedicated to making you feel comfortable, safe, and confident with any decision you make.
Katie Upton
Director of First Impressions & Marketing Coordinator
Katie was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas. She recently graduated from Kansas State University with her degree in Health and Human Nutrition and a minor in Nonprofit Leadership. She has had a variety of roles in the fitness industry, along with work for a local nonprofit organization. She has a passion for helping others strive to look and feel their personal best and find a new sense of confidence in themselves. Katie is dedicated to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all.
Colleen Flynn
Nurse
Colleen is a Kansas City native, growing up in Overland Park, Kansas. She graduated from Saint Louis University in 2013 with a bachelor's of science in Nursing. She has spent the last 10 years working in the operating room at various hospitals, starting her career at Saint Louis University Hospital. Colleen began travel nursing in 2016, going as far west as San Diego and as far east as Durham, North Carolina. She gained a variety of surgical experience before settling in Kansas City for good and joining our team at FACE Leawood in 2023. With an avid interest in aesthetics, Colleen strives to make all patients feel his or her best while cultivating new relationships and assisting Dr. Umstattd in surgery & clinic.
Andrea Marks
Nurse
Andrea is a Kansas City homebody, growing up in the KC area. Earning her bachelor’s of science in Nursing, Andrea graduated from the University of Missouri in 2011. She has worked as an ICU nurse for over 12 years, caring for patients in the PICU, before joining the FACE Leawood team in 2023. Andrea is a proud mother of her two children and enjoys running, yoga and cooking.
Danielle Lew
Surgical First Assist & Clinic Assistant
Danielle has been a surgical technician in the Kansas City area since 2009, with a passion for helping patients heal and live the best lives they can. She spent most of her time at CenterPoint Medical Center in Independence before she transitioned into aesthetics in 2021. Her goal is to understand each client's needs as a basis to help tailor services, improving the way they look and feel, ultimately building confidence in themselves enabling a better life. Confidence is the most beautiful thing you can possess.
Tess Asher
Communications Specialist
Tess is from rural Missouri and moved to the Kansas City area in 2020. With a deep love for women in leadership and all things cosmetic, she is thrilled she can apply this to her work at FACE Leawood. As our Communications Specialist, she is committed to providing clear, prompt, informative communication to our patients. She serves as a main point of contact for patients who reach out to us by phone, email, or our patient text line. Tess is an uplifting spirit who spreads contagious laughter to those around her and she's excited to connect through conversation with all our new and existing patients.
